At IOS, we believe in helping our clients take advantage of their existing infrastructure and application investments. Web services provide an outstanding way to do that by providing a new way to interface backend systems. We recognize that the investment in these backend systems is both time and money and many times changes to these systems have not been well documented. The use of a web service to wrap the current interface means that business logic that is currently working does not need to re-engineered and is now available to new applications.
